Refund policy

Refunds are only issued due to store-related reasons such as an item being out of stock. Target out cannot be a reason for refund in blind box  channel.If you don't want to open box after target pulled,can put it in credit for next time.

credit is non-refundable.

If the blind box remains sealed, we will not be able to provide after-sales service for official defects. Because dealing with this problem requires the defective product to be sent back to the factory.
